Address: 38, avenue du Golf Arabe, El Menzah 8, 2037 Tunis, Tunisia
Email: contact@gotakeme.com
Payment: Paddle.com Market Ltd, approved reseller (merchant of record). Take.Me never directly collects credit card data.
1. Subject matter
Take.Me is a travel planning platform using AI agents to generate detailed day-by-day itineraries. These terms govern access to the service, the sale of complete plans, and the use of the platform.
2. Service description
Take.Me offers two levels of access:
- Free preview: instant flight quote, then plan preview (estimated budget, sample day) with a free account.
- Complete plan (paid): day-by-day itinerary, flights with booking links, hotels bookable directly in the application, detailed budget, administrative procedures, interactive map and addresses, provided immediately after payment.
The service is AI-generated: prices (flights, hotels), opening hours, visa conditions and vaccines are estimates to be verified before booking. Take.Me is not a travel agency; flights are offered via links to third-party providers (Aviasales/Travelpayouts, Kayak, Google Flights, airlines), and hotels can be booked within the application (see section 3, "Hotel booking").
3. Pricing and payment
The complete plan is sold in a single transaction, with no subscription. Prices are:
- €4.99 for stays of up to 7 days in a single city.
- €7.99 for stays of 8 to 14 days or 2 cities.
- €11.99 for stays of 15 days or more, or 3 cities and above.
Prices shown include applicable VAT. Payment is processed by Paddle, which acts as payment processor and digital rights vendor (merchant of record), in accordance with Paddle's terms. Take.Me never directly collects credit card data. Promotional codes may unlock access to the plan free of charge.
Hotel booking
Hotels can be booked directly within the application, through LiteAPI (Nuitée). In this context, LiteAPI acts as reseller and merchant of record for the hotel reservation, through its payment module. Take.Me receives a commission included in the displayed price.
The cancellation and refund conditions specific to each hotel rate (refundable or non-refundable) are displayed before payment and apply. A hotel booking is only possible after the plan has been unlocked.
The hotel payment is separate from the payment of the plan, which is processed by Paddle. Take.Me's refund policy does not cover hotel bookings, which are governed by the conditions of the rate chosen.
4. Immediate access to digital content and waiver of right of withdrawal
Complete plans are provided in digital format immediately after payment. The customer acknowledges that the content is delivered without delay and agrees to waive the 14-day withdrawal period provided for in Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU.
This acceptance must be confirmed by a checkbox before payment and will be time-stamped as evidence.
5. Refund
Take.Me grants a full refund, upon request made within 14 days of purchase, in case of technical failure (plan not generated, incomplete or unusable), duplicate payment for the same plan, or insufficient quality (substantial errors, reasoned request, limited to one quality refund per account). Plans unlocked with a promo code are not eligible, as no payment was made. Requests are made from “My trips” or by email to contact@gotakeme.com. The refund is made by Paddle to the original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days, and the refunded plan is deactivated. See our full refund policy for more details. Hotel bookings made within the application are not subject to this policy: they are governed by the conditions of the rate chosen (see "Hotel booking" in section 3).
6. AI nature and liability
Take.Me uses AI agents to generate plans. The itineraries, prices and information provided are suggestions and estimates based on external data that may change (flight and hotel prices, opening hours, visa conditions). The customer assumes full responsibility for verifying this information directly with service providers before booking.
Take.Me is not responsible for:
- Inaccuracies or pricing variations between the plan and third-party providers.
- Unavailability of flights, hotels or activities listed.
- Visa, vaccine or passport errors.
- Damages or losses arising from the reliability of the third-party service.
Take.Me's liability is limited to the price paid for the plan.
7. Affiliate links
Some booking links to Aviasales/Travelpayouts and other service providers (excluding hotels booked within the application) may be affiliate links. Take.Me may receive a commission on bookings made through these links, at no additional cost to the user. This commission does not influence the selection of results provided to the customer.
8. User account and data deletion
Account creation is free; it is required to generate a preview. Login via email and password or with a Google account; the user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and can reset their password from the login screen. Each user can delete their account and all their data directly from the "My trips" section (button "Delete my data"). Unpurchased previews are kept for 30 days after generation; purchased plans remain accessible for 13 months after generation, in accordance with the privacy policy; after these periods, they are deleted.
9. Claims and disputes
Any complaint should be sent to contact@gotakeme.com. We undertake to respond within 5 business days. For payment or refund queries, you can also contact Paddle via paddle.net.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the courts of Tunis shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence.
11. Modifications to terms
Take.Me reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be displayed with a new version date. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
